If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, simply return the item to us within 60 days of purchase.  We will issue you a full refund for the amount you paid us for 1) the item and 2) shipping - if you did not use free shipping.  This applies to most items.  Some items cannot be returned for safety and sanitary reasons as explained below.

We believe in keeping the vibe around our business positive.  Our intention is for you to feel good about all of the interactions you have had with us.  We want to ensure you are satisfied and feel like you have been treated with fairness and respect.  That is why, if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, we will gladly process a refund.

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please note that the 60 days start from the day you purchased the item and not from the day you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returned products that are intimate in nature, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Pierced earrings (for sanitary reasons)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be sent to us with a tracking number.  Unfortunately, any return sent without tracking will be nullified.

Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse which sent it to you.  Please follow our Return Process below to ensure a swift and easy return process.

RETURN PROCESS

We’re sorry in advance that your purchase did not work out for you. 

In order to ensure a positive return experience, please be sure to follow our Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info[at]boutiquezodiac.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Return your items to us within 60 days of purchase.  This means the return shipment must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase. We do not have to receive the item within 60 days of your purchase.  Be sure to send back the following:
                - Merchandise, unused and in original packaging.
                - A copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.
  3. Returns must be sent back with a tracking number. Mail the item back to:

        * Please note that you will have to incur the cost of shipping the items back to us with tracking.
        * We cannot accept CODs.
        * We will not be able to refund any customs charges or duties you may have incurred.
         * If merchandise has been used, packaging has been opened, or the item arrives damaged, we cannot issue the return.  Please be sure to package the item carefully and use a reputable shipper.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.  It could take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.  If your refund involves a currency conversion, please note that the refund will reflect currency values at the time of the refund.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at info[at]boutiquezodiac.com and we will be glad to help you with the exchange process.

 

Gifts

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we are only able to send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We require all returns to be sent back with a tracking number.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
